If you use the Interactive Product Assessment tool, we collect your name, email address, and your answers to a short set of questions. We use this to send you your personalised results and to follow up by email about Pink Sky AI. We store this information with our CRM provider, Systeme.io, and the tool itself is hosted on Cloudflare. We do not sell your data.

What information this tool collects
As you use the tool, we collect: the name of your digital product, what it helps people do, and who it's for (free-text answers you provide); your answers to multiple-choice questions about your product's purpose and status; and, if you choose to reveal your full results, your first name and email address.
Where your answers are stored
Your name, email, and answers are sent securely to our CRM provider, Systeme.io, where they're stored so we can send you your results and relevant follow-up emails. The tool itself runs on Cloudflare's infrastructure.
How your answers are used
We use your answers to generate a personalised recommendation shown to you in the tool, and to tag your CRM record with which recommendation you received, so any follow-up emails we send are relevant to you.
Third-party services used by this tool
This tool does not currently set any cookies for advertising or cross-site tracking purposes.
This tool is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13 (or 16, where applicable under local law).
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or unsubscribe from emails at any time using the link in any email we send. To make a request, contact us at hello@pinkskyai.ai.
We may update this policy from time to time, for example if we add a new tool or change a third-party service. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent change.
